MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Discarded cartons, newspapers, and magazines are pulped

Impurities are separated from the pulp slurry.

The pulp is moulded into the precision design and is further dried

Moulded trays are pressed for accurate finishing.

Edges of the trays are trimmed

For speciality products, the parts may undergo a variety of after-pressing, debossing or special treatments.
